Shipping policy

For deliveries
The estimated delivery time upon receiving your order is between 3-5 working days for standard delivery to your address.

We recommend that you include an alternate safe delivery location outside your unit (such as shoe cabinets or riser) in case you are not around to receive the items.

In the event of a failed delivery, we will offer a second time delivery at zero cost to you. After which, re-delivery attempts will be charged.

For self pickup
We will drop you a WhatsApp message to arrange a pickup date once your order is ready for collection.
