1. Shipping Fee

For all local delivery, a S$3 delivery fee applies for all orders below S$30. Free delivery for orders above S$30. Next-day delivery option available at S$15.

For international shipping, a S$25 shipping fee applies for orders shipped outside Singapore.

 

2. Delivery

Estimated time for delivery is 3 to 5 days upon order confirmation. Next-day delivery option is available for choosing at checkout.

 

3. Exchanges and Returns

If you received an incorrect, defective, or incomplete package, please write to us at support@suburbsbeauty.com or drop us a WhatsApp at +65 8818 6099. Include your name, order number, and reason for writing in your message.

Please keep the items in the same condition as received and we will arrange for pickup and replacement of the item.

 

5. Warranty

All brushes purchased from our store comes with a free 1-year warranty. We will replace all defective brushes within this 1-year period.

 

4. Refunds

Our store has a no refund policy for any used products or non-defective items.
